We’re looking for a dependable, motivated leader to join our team as a Full-Time Manager!

This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience who wants to take the next step. You don’t need to be a General Manager today — we’re looking for someone who can help lead the shop now and has the potential to develop into a General Manager role in the future.

💰 $16–$19/hour + tips
💵 Tips typically add $5–$6/hour
⏰ 35–40 hours per week
📅 Full weekend availability is required

What we’re looking for:
• A hands-on leader who leads by example
• Dependable, positive, and able to hold a team accountable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to open/close, handle cash, oversee shifts, and maintain a clean, organized store
• Someone who enjoys coaching and developing team members
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
