Meet our newest spring wines 🌸🌞🌊🌼!!

25 Oak Savanna Pinot Gris Pét-Nat
A labor of love! Pinot Gris from the highest elevation site in the Santa Ynez Valley. White peach, grapefruit, citrus flowers, salinity, fine bubbles 🍑🍾

‘25 Montaña de Oro White Blend
Intended to capture a taste of the salty sea and sunshine of the place we call home. 60% Chenin Blanc, 20% Sauv Blanc, and 20% Chardonnay. Quince, jasmine, ginger, dried apricot, nectarine, meyer lemon, wet stone 🫚🍋

‘25 Coquina Sauvignon Blanc
SLO Coast Sauv Blanc! A balance of freshness and generous aromas. Zesty citrus, fresh-cut herbs, passionfruit, salinity, white flowers 🍋‍🟩🌿

‘24 SLO Coast Chardonnay
Cold-climate chardonnay from Golden Bluff, a vineyard we farm 3 miles from the ocean as well as Rancho Arroyo Grande. Aged for 18 months for a touch of opulence while staying electric. Juicy tangerine, asian pear, chamomile, hay, sea salt 🍊🧂

‘25 Two Wolves Grenache Rosé
Intentionally made direct-to-press Grenache rosé. Crisp and mineral-driven with vibrant fruit. Strawberry lemonade, rose petals, hibiscus, raspberry 🍓🌺

‘25 Shell Creek Valdiguié (in Magnum, too!)
This beloved chillable red is back and dang, she’s really singing this year! 100% carbonic. Watermelon jolly rancher, fresh cherries, pomegranate, rhubarb, macerated strawberries 🍓🌺

‘25 El Sendero Luminoso ‘SMV’ Blend
Named after an iconic rock climb in El Potrero Chico, Mexico. 60% Syrah, 30% Mourvedre, and 10% of the rare Vaccarèse. Raspberries, blackberries, violets, herbs de Provence, a touch of bacon fat 🫐🥓

This is a vibrant, expressive, fresh, and balanced bunch that we are proud to share with you. There’s plenty of depth to ponder, but just as much pleasure in simply enjoying and not overthinking. These wines will meet you wherever you are!

… also the only thing better than 750mLs of Valdiguie is 1500! Snag a magnum while they last 🤠!

Happy spring! We hope you enjoy!

Those on our mailing list already got the news, but we’re here to let you know the 2025 Oak Savanna Pinot-Gris Pét-Nat is officially ready for you 🍾!

Méthode Ancestrale, all done by hand with lots of labor and love. Think white peach, grapefruit, citrus flowers, salinity, and fine bubbles.

Oak Savanna was originally planted in the ‘70s and is the highest elevation vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. The site’s position high above the Valley provides ample sunshine and beautiful views of the Los Padres wilderness.

Only 66 cases produced this year. Available now in the online shop! Get it while it lasts 💫

Year five of making Pét-Nat and still doing it the hard way! Spent the last two days hand disgorging and hand corking/caging each bottle, which in itself was a great improvement to our very stubborn and maybe a little psycho method of doing it all in a single day as we did for the four years prior … 😅

Disgorging is the second-to-last step before we hand label each bottle and release this joyful, bright, and bubbly wine into the world. Our Pét-Nat is by far the most labor intensive, high touch wine we produce, and despite questioning why we make it every year, the final result is a reminder that it’s well worth the effort.

Excited to share our ’24 Pinot Gris Pet-Nat with you all very soon 🍾✨!!

Pruning season! By far our favorite vineyard activity of the year, made even better by the lush surroundings of “winter” on the coast 🌞🌱🌳🌊.

We were lucky to receive substantial rainfall at the end of 2025 followed by a sun-drenched start to 2026, setting the stage for very happy cover crop and fluorescent green hills that make you feel like you’re in the Shire.

It’s been unseasonably warm the past few weeks, which has led to some of our vines waking up a little ahead of schedule. Thankfully we are mostly caught up with just one more site left to prune, and are thrilled to see a bit more rain and cool weather in the forecast to help extend this magical green season ✨🍀.

Some highlights from our Colorado/Utah roadtrip with the pooch! A little work and a little play is our favorite way to travel these days.

Big thanks to and his Coastal wine pop-up for inspiring the trip, and to and the amazing retail & restaurant supporters across CO who always make us feel at home. Much appreciation to for giving us an opportunity to connect with your community in your shops … we had a blast!

We also ate super well and were thrilled to visit some new and old favorite spots including and . Always so delighted by the food scene in Colorado. Thank you for doing what you do!

And then we went climbing! We checked out Namaste Wall on the west side of Zion NP, a couple classics in Eldorado Canyon outside of Boulder, and then escaped to the quiet South Platte to celebrate our anniversary and climb splitters on granite formations for a few days. We rounded out the trip with a stop in Moab to climb Fine Jade, a desert tower route we had to bail from exactly 9 years prior due to heavy winds. Nice to summit this time around! Absolutely spectacular.

Delighted to return to a far greener, more lush, and hydrated central coast than we left it. Home is still the best 💚

Geez, what an immense honor to be featured in this piece! Thank you for not only including us amongst some extremely talented California producers making authentic, delicious, and intentional wines but also for shining some positivity on the current state of the wine industry.

This path as a startup winery and grape grower often feels like an endless puzzle with the odds stacked against us, but we are constantly learning, adapting, and genuinely having so much fun amidst the chaos and challenges of it all. There’s nothing else we’d rather be doing!!

Happy harvest 🙂

Thank you for having us, ! What a treat and honor to share our wines with the team, including these two mega heroes!

It’s impossible to capture how much Yvon and have contributed to climbing history, inspiring environmental action, and reframing the purpose and intentions of business. Endlessly inspired by these legends and lucky to be in their orbit 💚

Our 2024 Pet-Nat of Pinot Gris is finally ready! This wine is easily our biggest labor of love each year … hand-bottled, riddled, disgorged, labeled, and most importantly—Pierre approved 🫡💘🍾

2024 was our 4th vintage making Pet-Nat and is our favorite one yet … Fine bubbles, lush aromatics, and zippy acidity make this taste like springtime in a glass 🌷

The Pinot Gris grapes come from a small 2-acre block at Shoestring vineyard, planted just above the Santa Ynez river, getting ample sunshine while staying relatively cool low in the river valley ☀️

Grab some bubbles in the online shop before Pierre claims them all ❣️

Whether at your kitchen table or on top of a giant boulder, nothing would make us more stoked this holiday season than to see friends enjoying some Outward 💖!

To make that a little easier, we are offering $1 shipping on 3 bottles or more—now through Sunday, 11/17!

This only happens once a year (if that!) so this is by far the best opportunity to snag the new releases, stock up on favorites, and send the gift of wine to loved ones. Orders are packaged by yours truly, so we are always happy to include a personal note 💌.

Get after it, friends 💫!!
