Happy Friday, Friends! 🍎☀️

🍓 Cider Update!

Raspberry has officially kicked the keg and has been replaced by Strawberry Rhubarb!

This seasonal favorite was made with fresh rhubarb grown right here in Grundy County (also known as our house and two very generous friends’ houses 🤣).

It is bright, refreshing, and absolutely perfect for summer. We only made 3 kegs, and when it’s gone, it’s gone! Since rhubarb is nearly out of season and we needed fresh rhubarb to juice for this batch, we’re not expecting to make any more this year.

🍕 Pizza Update!

Along with our regular lineup of 12” pizzas, June’s specialty pizza is the Thai Chicken Chili!

This sweet-and-spicy creation starts with our house-made chili dip sauce and is topped with:
🔥 Chicken
🥕 Carrots
🧅 Pickled onions
🌿 Cilantro
🥜 Peanut-free “peanut” sauce drizzle

And because details matter, we’ve even added a sesame seed crust edge for the full Thai-inspired experience.

Love Thai chili sauce? Ask for some on the side and turn that crust into the perfect dipping snack!

The street taco is done! Sorry for anyone who missed it.
We will still have the classic pizza flavors. Pepperoni, sausage, cheese and supreme. Or your special combo of onions and green peppers if that moves you! 😉 As always it is your choice of rising crust or thin.

If you ask nicely, maybe you can get the June specialty pizza early. Krista will be bartending and tasted it last night and approved.

Where did this week go?! We completely missed our midweek update, so here’s your weekend rundown!

🍕 Pizza News!
This is the FINAL weekend for our Street Taco Pizza! 🌮🍕

We only have enough carnitas left for about 6–7 pizzas (or maybe 😎. If this has become your favorite, call ahead and we’ll do our best to save one for you!

And don’t worry… June is bringing a brand-new pizza flavor! Luke has been in full creation mode and has a new recipe up his sleeve. Stay tuned!

🍎 Cider Update!
Tripleberry and Raspberry are both on their final kegs! Once they’re gone, they’re gone, and that means NEW flavors are waiting in the wings!

Weekend Events
• Friday Night: Private group in the back room.
• Saturday Afternoon: Graduation party in the back room until 4 PM.
• Sunday: Luke and Crystal are taking the day off!

Don’t panic—we have a babysitter AND Kellie holding down the fort, so service won’t be affected one bit. We’re just ridiculously excited to have a day off together. 😆

Happy Sunday, friends! 🍎✨

Just a reminder—we ARE open today, Sunday, May 24, for our normal hours!

Crystal will be holding down the fort today… and if she smells a little extra outdoorsy, our apologies in advance. 🤣

We spent 1.75 hours at Get Air this morning burning kid energy, parent energy, and apparently all available shower time. Straight from jumping and sweating to opening the doors we go! 😂

Such is life in a family-run business during the busy season—sometimes it’s perfectly balanced schedules… and sometimes it’s “hope nobody stands too close at the bar.” 🤪

Thanks for always rolling with our chaos and supporting this wild little adventure of work, kids, family time, and cider. ❤️
