The Farm Store is really excited to offer our first set of pre-cut Christmas Trees this year!

The trees are grown locally in Wisconsin and are going to be 6 - 8 foot Meyers Spruce (similar to a Blue Spruce tree) and absolutely beautiful!

I will be selling pre-cut trees at Kruse Christmas Tree Farm in rural Grundy County the Saturday & Sunday weekend after Thanksgiving. Come on out, enjoy hot cocoa, popcorn, shopping from The Knotty Mama and The Farm Store candles and stay warm in the shed by choosing a pre-cut, live tree!

I will be picking trees up November 21st and will be allowing customers to come "claim" their trees ahead of time all week if you'd wish! Send me a message, e-mail or call to let me know you'd like one, availability will be limited this first year! Christmas will be here before we know it!

Kruse Christmas Farm closed to the public last year after 41 years of tree sales. We will miss seeing you all this year. We loved providing you with Christmas decor through the years. Have a very happy Thanksgiving and a blessed Christmas!

This year Kruse Christmas Farm is open from 10 am to 4 pm on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 26 and 27. Come for a tree or seasonal greenery creations or fun gifts to give for Christmas. All shoppers welcome!

Come to Kruse Christmas Farm on November 26 and 27 and choose from a wide selection of Samantha’s beautiful evergreen decorating creations.

Remember that PILE of greenery? Yeah… it’s doubled now. 😳 Spruce boughs have arrived, time to get to work!

And man, it’s work. Every wreath, porch pot, arrangement, etc. that leaves the shop is 100% created by me, a one-mama-show. Containers, frames, pinecones, pretty accents & supplies are purchased and organized for months ahead of time. Greenery is cut, gathered, loaded into a trailer, hauled home, unloaded, brought into the shed, and then trimmed to size for each wreath and porch pot- utilizing every last bit.

But trust me- every minute I spend is because I absolutely LOVE doing it. ALL of it. My heart and soul go into each piece, each order, each class. And as much as completed order cancellations or no-shows can discourage a person, they are certainly outweighed by the joy these creations bring to those who love them as much as I do!

So, please have patience and bear with me this season- it’s going to be a crazy one! And, the same goes for any other small business hustling this holiday season- bear with them. Support them. Sure, maybe it’s more convenient or cheaper to purchase something “unique” at a big box store, but just one small business purchase can make a big difference to the people behind them.
