Day one in the books, Capra Lamb lambassador Mark M. DeNittis arrived in Houston at 2pm to check into hotel early.

At 230 pm we herd the call! Taste Kitchen + Bar Chef's Bowie and Chef G, "we've had nonstop line, we're almost through it all, gonna need for the Chefs For Farmers station.

No problem ewe'all, we herd that, and we got ewe, easy access to more fresh Texas lamb locally in the case at Central Market Galleria area, in close proximity to Autry Park, on the way be there shortly.

Teamwork makes the dream work, made possible by American Chefs, Farmers, Ranchers and consumers like you!

An added bonus, reconnecting with old work besties Sara Kaelin Paul Stanley and meating new from STX Beef Co. and Still Austin Wh***ey Co.

What an amazing experience representing Capra Foods in Arizona with Jet-Fresh, Inc., who is helping us share our mission of bringing American raised lamb into a weekly staple.

Mark M. DeNittis and 𝚜𝚒𝚖𝚘𝚗𝚎 ✨🏋🏻‍♀️🐑 were connecting with even more potential partners to bring lamb that’s raised right into everyday life. Today was a fantastic day to be a part Capra Foods and we cannot wait for more to come!

Using his Texas technique, Pitmaster Hector Garate Hector Gárate with 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗲 proudly served Cordero a la Brasa Criolla (Creole Grilled Lamb), showcasing the powerful flavors of Texas lamb.
