A little Sonoma, a little France—and a very good reason not to make dinner this Wednesday. 🇫🇷🍷

This week, Wine Wednesday welcomes Halleck Vineyard , the family-owned Sebastopol winery known for crafting expressive, small-production wines that allow the fruit—and the place it comes from—to speak.

Wine Ambassador Ray DeLeon will be behind the bar pouring four distinctly different expressions:

🍷 2023 Dry Gewürztraminer
🍷 2022 Hillside Cuvée Pinot Noir

And because beautiful wine deserves equally beautiful food, Chef Sébastien is bringing us a very French pop-up menu:

🇫🇷 Boudin blanc on a French roll with butter-sautéed apples, whole-grain mustard cream and chips — $18

A very good Wednesday is taking shape. 🍷

Join us this Wednesday, August 26, from 3–7 PM as Ray DeLeon welcomes Paul Mathew to the Equality Vines tasting room for a flight that moves beautifully from bright and aromatic to deeply expressive:

Muscat Blanc • Viognier • Dolcetto • Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

And because good wine deserves equally good company, two delicious pop-ups will be joining us.

Chef Max brings Masaya - for the people Small Bites for the People, with hand-rolled veggie and cheeseburger lumpia, Mama Cece’s pancit, and a fresh root vegetable salad.

For something sweet, Chef Leslie of Chef Leslie Lalumondiere will have mini fig tarts made with local figs, cornmeal, vanilla bean, almond syrup, jam, and orange zest. Yes, they sound every bit as wonderful as they are.

Four wines. Two pop-ups. One especially delicious Wine Wednesday.

This Wednesday, Cruess Wine is coming to the table. 🍷

Wine Wednesday returns with CRUESS, a small-production Sonoma County winery making thoughtful, expressive wines that reflect both place and the people behind them.

We’ll be pouring through four very different wines, from a bright Rosé of Grenache to Russian River Fiano, Gewürztraminer and Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, while getting to know the stories, vineyards and winemaking behind every glass.

And, as always, our Wine Ambassador Ray DeLeon will be your host for the afternoon: pouring, talking wine, asking questions and making sure nobody has to know a damn thing about wine to have a really good time drinking it. ❤️
