A little Sonoma, a little France—and a very good reason not to make dinner this Wednesday. 🇫🇷🍷
This week, Wine Wednesday welcomes Halleck Vineyard , the family-owned Sebastopol winery known for crafting expressive, small-production wines that allow the fruit—and the place it comes from—to speak.
Wine Ambassador Ray DeLeon will be behind the bar pouring four distinctly different expressions:
🍷 2025 White Zinfandel Rosé
🍷 2025 Sauvignon Blanc
🍷 2023 Dry Gewürztraminer
🍷 2022 Hillside Cuvée Pinot Noir
And because beautiful wine deserves equally beautiful food, Chef Sébastien is bringing us a very French pop-up menu:
🇫🇷 Pâté en croûte with arugula salad and bread-and-butter jalapeños — $18
🇫🇷 Boudin blanc on a French roll with butter-sautéed apples, whole-grain mustard cream and chips — $18
Come discover Halleck Vineyard, let Ray pour you something wonderful, and allow Chef Sébastien to transport you to France for the evening—no passport required.
