River Gorge Ranch is Tennessee's newest Mountain Community, located just 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, and brought to you by the developer of Jasper Highlands. This 7,000+ acre mountaintop will welcome upwards of 1.5 BILLION dollars in infrastructure to the mountain and offer roughly 2,500 home sites when completed. The signature of this project is 23 miles of bluff frontage, most of which looks directly down into the Tennessee River Gorge.
