☕ Every cup tells a story.

One of the things we care deeply about at Three Girls is knowing where our food comes from. We spend so much time sourcing beautiful ingredients, making everything from scratch, and supporting people who are passionate about what they do. Coffee deserves that same respect.

The espresso we’re serving at Bella Baci comes from Yensi Sanchez, a third-generation coffee farmer in the mountains of El Paraíso, Honduras.

When Yensi’s father entrusted her with a small piece of land in 2009, she poured her heart into it. Today, her five-hectare farm produces extraordinary coffee through patience, skill, and generations of family tradition. Every cherry is picked at peak ripeness, carefully fermented, and slowly dried under the Honduran sun before it ever reaches your cup.

The result is a beautifully balanced espresso with notes of milk chocolate and delicate tropical fruit. Rich, smooth, and incredibly comforting.

To us, this is what good food and good coffee are all about. Real people. Honest ingredients. Traditional craftsmanship. A respect for the land. Those are the things that matter, and they’re the same values that guide everything we do in our kitchen every single day.
