Congratulations to Stefanie and Carlos Dominguez owners of MexItalē Kitchen in Guilford!

The Shoreline Chamber proudly celebrated the ribbon cutting of their new venture alongside their amazing team—and a surprise visit from Sharpy the Donkey from Guilford’s Tripledale Farm.

We were joined by Guilford’s First Selectman Matt Hoey, Chamber President Dee Jacob, Vice President Tina Strell, and Ambassador Chris Weiler of .

Thankful to own several of these amazing animals.

Despite a rich history (American Mammoth Jackstock donkeys can be traced back to George Washington's Mount Vernon), the breed remains Critically endangered.
