Statement regarding the product, Apeel from Azure founder and CEO David Stelzer: "Azure Standard does not use Apeel. None of our suppliers use it. Buying your produce via direct delivery with Azure Standard is second best only to buying directly from a farmer you know in guaranteeing that you won't get Apeel on your produce. It is normally used at the retail store level, so if you buy produce without it ever being on a supermarket shelf, the chance of Apeel being on the produce becomes close to zero. To minimize exposure to products with Apeel, do not use major box stores."

These bell peppers look like a great addition to the garden 🪴🫑

Ellie's Eden plant starts are available to order now! We tried this variety - King of the North Red Bell Pepper (Organic) - in our test garden last year and were pleased with the result. This is a great early red maturing pepper for northern climates where the season is shorter. 3-4 lobed and thick walled, pepper has an excellent sweet flavor!
