Here is the menu so far for this weekend! 💘 I am working on some heart shaped treats that are Strawberry Vanilla Cashew Butter hearts coated in chocolate, but I am currently waiting on more freeze-dried strawberries. 🍓

You may also arrange a pickup day at a residence in Gulf Gate, stored in electric coolers for your convenience.

Grounded Gourmet is Nikki Kostyun - vegan foodie and chef who has been making and selling raw vegan and vegan food to residents in Sarasota for 5 years. She brings a lifelong passion for food and dining along with skills gained through many hours in the kitchen and knowledge acquired from countless resources. Through raw & vegan eating and exercise she has lost nearly 100 pounds and has watched her skin clear up. She also has enough energy to continue her freelance marketing jobs while helping others enjoy & make the delicious foods that now fuel her life.

She is now bringing her knowledge to the classroom and helping show eaters of all kinds how they can create delicious dairy-free and meat-free milks, ice creams, cheeses and entrees at home!
