It’s our Friday Pour Video and today we are pouring a w**e from one of my favorite w**eries, Botanica. This is their Merlot, and while we have always carried (and adore!) their Cabernet Sauvignon, today I opened the Merlot. It is inside our October W**e Club bag and I bought some extra for the shelves. Based out of Stellenbosch, South Africa, this w**e has the nice body you expect from Merlot and all of the plum, cherry, and leather without all the knockout punches of harsh tannins. Come try this with our Friday Meatballs!!!! Yes, starting today, we will be serving house made meatballs and mashed potatoes!!! This w**e will pair nicely. 🍷 Hear, hear!
