In early June while I was working one night, I was approached by a customer about our old surfboard that was underneath our building. bellabythebeach asked if she could take it home and create something for us. Of course I was thrilled with this idea and said go for it! She asked if there was anything specific that I wanted, and I told her to surprise me! Well, surprised is an understatement. We were speechless last week when she brought the board by and did the big reveal! This board has history. Our building used to be the flip-flop deli shop and they used this board for the top of their mini bar on the porch! Flip-flop deli shop was a beloved little shop and we are so happy to carry on a piece of them with us at Mythic Beach! If you are not following Bella on TikTok, GO NOW!! We have a feeling that her art is about to blow up and she is going to have some incredible pieces that you will want to see!
