Good morning and Happy Tuesday. Just wanted to update you all on some recent turn of events.
Unfortunately due to some family situations and health concerns, Coastal Energy and Nutrition has closed it’s doors for the last time.
I would like to thank ALL of my supporters this past year. It has been an INCREDIBLE ride for sure. @ Coastal Energy & Nutrition

Mornings start out not too bad but as the day goes on, still pain and pressure. Advised not to do too much and to stay on/off the ice for a few more days. Another appointment tomorrow morning at 9:20 so hope to see you all on Monday!!

Although I woke feeling a little better than yesterday, I think I still need to rest another day. No need to rush.
Have a 90 minute massage scheduled for later. With that and continued rest and ice, I should be back in action on Thursday.

So grateful once again for Dr Kylee. She and her staff are amazing! Got an adjustment and have orders to rest and ice the rest of the day.

Today, instead of posting a picture of the shake of the week and tea of the day, I’ll be laying on ice packs and hoping to get some relief from these bulging discs in my back.
Not exactly how I had this day planned for sure!! I’ll keep you all posted as the day goes on.
