A barbie summer ๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŒด

I just wanted to give a quick PSAโ€ฆ
Since we are in busy season with graduation, birthdays, etc. my response times are a bit longer than usual. I am trying my best with getting back to everyone. I am one person doing the baking, decorating, emailing/messaging, packing order and delivering them.

This past weekend I got my first unsatisfied customer. She let me know she did not want to put it on social media but because I am one to learn from mistakes, I was okay with constructive criticism. I could have given her the long explanation and let her know that I was working till 3am the night before, and I also have a part time job on top of taking time out to finish previous orders. But I did not because that is in fact not her problem. I try my best to keep all of products as fresh as possible so I do sometimes finish the cookies or the cakes the night before.

I am just one person and I am grateful so all of the continuous support. I will continue to grow from this experience and find ways to do better. I am not perfect and the good thing about being human is that you can always learn and build from that ๐Ÿค

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to two other small businesses on the coast that helped make my sister in laws birthday party special.

Balloon & Bounce GAL LLC - she did an AMAZING job with the balloons. she was super easy to work with and saw the vision we had for the balloons.

Coastal Clicks - we used them for the photo booth and everyone LOVED it!! all the frames they did custom for the party were super cute! the birthday girl was so happy with it. again super easy and amazing to work with ๐Ÿค

HAPPY TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK to the teachers (and future teachers) shaping the world one student at a time ๐Ÿค

It takes a special kind of heart to show up every day with patience, understanding, and the willingness to guide young mindsโ€”especially on the days that arenโ€™t easy. The way you pour into kids, encourage them, and help them grow does not go unnoticed.

A special appreciation post for someone close to me who is working hard to become a teacherโ€”your patience, dedication, and passion for guiding kids already speaks volumes. I see the effort, the long days, and the heart youโ€™re putting into this journey, and Iโ€™m so proud of you.
