You can rely on the experts at the Gulfport Meeting Center for meeting space whenever you need it. We can be as involved (or uninvolved) as you would like for us to be. We can offer you off-site space to meet, or help you plan, coordinate and manage the entire process, including facilitating your meeting for you. Conveniently located in the Tangerine Greenway, our facilities are designed with the
local businesses, associations and organizations in mind. We offer two meeting rooms offering large, combination whiteboard/projection screen, free wireless internet, kitchenette with sink, one-cup coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, two ADA-compliant restrooms and windows that allow natural light. You’ll be welcomed by friendly, on-site staff that will greet your clients and colleagues and direct them to the appropriate meeting space and facility amenities. Catering from local restaurants is available upon request and at an additional charge. Rooms can be rented for half a day (up to 4 hours), a full day (4 to 8 hours) or by the week (Monday-Friday), as well as “after hours” and weekends. Please note: we do not offer meeting space on an hourly basis
Small Board Room – seats up to 8 people in a Board Room style layout. Rental prices start out at $45/half day or $60/full day. Large Conference Room – seats up to 24 people in a variety of room layouts (U-shape, classroom, seminar, etc.) Rental prices start out at $90/half day or $120/full day. If you need a larger meeting space, the experts at the Gulfport Meeting Center can locate the right space for your needs (up to 300 people) at our partner locations for larger conferences or seminars.
