We’re fired up to welcome our 2nd team to sign up, retired Firefighter Kenny Peterson and his crew 'Forever IAFF 2856' to the Gulf Coast Chili Cookoff! 👨‍🚒🌶️

Their recipe — “Not Too Hot To Handle” — promises the perfect blend of flavor and fire (just a little spark at a 1/5 spice level ).

We have our 1st competitor for the MS Heroes Chili Cookoff🌶🏆

We’re thrilled to have John Smith and his crew, The Brotherhood Seasoning Company, joining this year’s Gulf Coast Chili Cookoff!

They’re bringing their signature recipe — “Shift Change Chili” — a bold 3/5 spice level creation that’s sure to wake up your taste buds and keep you coming back for seconds! 👨‍🍳🔥

This team knows flavor, teamwork, and a good bit of friendly competition — and we can’t wait to see what they’re cooking up for the judges!
