Two new meads are landing on our to-go list starting today!

Singularity: A deeply fruit-forward Black Currant Mead. The soft floral sweetness of Orange Blossom Honey brings balance to the brightness of the fruit.

Black Currant Pancake: our Black Currant mead layered with dark maple syrup, vanilla beans and warm cinnamon. Finished in bourbon barrels to add subtle notes of toasted oak, vanilla and caramel.

Come out to enjoy some pours this weekend and grab a few bottles for later. Cheers!

Given the cold weather advisory and low temperatures, we’re going to be operating with temporary hours today, Friday 1/23, of 5pm-9pm

If you’re looking to get out despite the cold, we’ll help warm you up with a nice Hot Toddy alongside one of our January Specials.

Today we’re adding a new one to our To-Go menu. Come stop by to grab a bottle of our most recent batch of Blueberry Pancake (Blueberry Mead with Maple Syrup, Cinnamon and Vanilla Beans, aged in Bourbon Barrels).

This will also be available on tap to try while you’re in.

We’re open today from Noon-10pm, with live music starting at 6pm. We hope to see you soon!

We’re wrapping up 2025 here at The Parlor this weekend. Please take note of our Holiday hours below. Make sure you plan accordingly to pop in for one of our December Cocktail Specials, a Pips Pour, bottles to go and good times with friends.

We will be closed the final weekend of December, giving our staff some well deserved time off to celebrate the year with their loved ones.

Due to inclement weather, The Parlor will be closing today at 5pm for the safety of our guests and staff. If you were hoping to come in to enjoy our specials or grab a few bottles from our cellar sale, please take note of the early closure for today.

This Friday, the entire family of Batch 1 Pancakes will be showing up for the final weekend of our November Cellar Sale. We open at 2pm.

Stock is extremely limited. To ensure everyone has a chance, each person may purchase only one (1) bottle total of our Batch 1 Pancakes from the five available options.
