Just going to put it out there that if you have an untrained dog around birds, they are not allowed at my home. If you do not watch your dog while at my home leave them home.
It will not be tolerated.
Today I lost a beautiful pullet that was almost at the age of lay. She was in her pen. Not free ranging.
I’m so sad.
Have common sense. Respect my home & space.

RIP pretty girl. If you know me, you know I love chickens and my breeding for speckle. She was a Backcross that has been two years in the making. TWO years. She carried speckle genes and would have laid a deep green or a dark chocolate speckled egg.
