When we first started T2 Smokehouse, it wasn’t just about making food. It was built for a bigger reason: to create a legacy for our two boys and share honest, wood-fired flavor with real ingredients (no liquid smoke, ever). In just 10 days at a local flea market, you all showed up, cleared us out, and proved that real quality matters. Then life forced us to move. We had to pause, and we lost the core equipment we built the business around. The fire isn’t out yet! We are raising $15,000 to rebuild our equipment foundation, starting with our famous smoked salsa and growing back into a full operation for Texas. This isn't just about buying gear—it’s about building a future our kids can be proud of and getting back to what we love doing most. After putting so much time, hard work, and heart into building my business, I am now facing the difficult challenge of trying to reopen and rebuild.
