First calf heifer with her new baby. Been in calving mode since 1st of Feb. Mike has been managing all the babies and mamas and keeping everyone safe and fed. We didn’t get much snow this winter and we hope the summer isn’t too hot but sure has been nice for calving!

A special day at the Quarter Circle L Ranch as we move into the future with electronic collars and the ability to create “virtual fence” to regeneratively graze and sustainably utilize the forage. Not a new concept but new to our operation and we couldn’t be more excited. Thanks to the team from Halter and the BLM we had a successful first day on this journey. We felt a little prayer was needed🤠❤️🙏🏼

Gracious Lord,We rise today with gratitude for the land beneath our feet, the cattle entrusted to our care, and the team You have gathered here. As we place these Halter collars upon our herd, may this moment remind us that stewardship is both tradition and innovation, rooted in faith and carried forward with courage.

Bless our hands with steadiness, our minds with clarity, and our hearts with patience. May the cattle feel peace in our presence, and may our team feel unity in this shared task. Let these collars not only guide the herd, but also symbolize our commitment to care, responsibility, and resilience.

Lord, grant us wisdom to embrace new tools without fear, strength to meet challenges with hope, and joy in the fellowship of working side by side. May this day be filled with laughter, learning, and the quiet assurance that we are walking in Your purpose.

We dedicate this work to You, as an offering of stewardship and faith. May every step we take honor Your creation and build a legacy of care for generations to come.
