A little reminder that when you truly love what you do, you always find a way to make it happen. 🤍

Late Thursday, I received an order for 160 pieces of Baklava and Halawet El Jibn, with delivery needed Saturday at 2 PM.

Even with work and a busy schedule, I knew I wanted to take on this order and make it happen. It takes planning, dedication, and definitely a lot of love—but when creating these desserts is your passion, you somehow find the energy to do it. ✨

I’m so proud and grateful to have completed this order on time, with every piece made with care and love. ❤️

One small detail: I left the pistachio topping off the Halawet El Jibn because some of the guests have a nut allergy. Their safety and peace of mind come first. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who trusts me with your special occasions and allows me to share something I truly love doing.

My son was born on March 26, but we always celebrate on the 25th—a special and meaningful day for us ✨ “FEAST OF THE ANNUNCIATION “.This year, he asked for a Mediterranean dessert, so I made something truly unique just for him.

A delicate tart filled with creamy ashta, crowned with soft, rolled halawet el jebn, and finished with crushed pistachios and a drizzle of fragrant sugar syrup 🌿
