Our 2022 season finished up pretty good after a questionable start. Our taps in Dayton and Hackensack produced a total of 75 gallons of sweet maple syrup. We have filled our orders and now have syrup available for sale—pure maple (8 or 16 oz.), cinnamon infused, coffee bean infused and bourbon barrel aged. Our 2022 price list is shown. The 2022 maple syrup season is here!! We just finished putting out 192 taps in our Dayton neighborhood maples and we are hoping the really warm temps hold off for a few weeks, but it doesn’t look good. It might be another short season in the Cities.

Tomorrow is the final C**n Rapids Farmers Market of the season so stop by from 3 to 6 and pick up some maple syrup to get you through the winter months. We will also have a booth at the Saturday market from 8 to noon on October 10th at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church in Blaine. Stop by and say hi!
