We crashed our Hackettstown Tigers Football 🐅 weekly team dinner with a little surprise for the players. Snacks in a pack! Our son Jude is a freshman playing on JV and we always tell the kids that football family is real family. It’s beautiful that every week Varsity and JV come together to break bread in community. Here’s to many years of supporting our high school while all our boys make their way through the program. Go Tigers!!

It’s important to know where your food is coming from.

Before we send the kids back to school let’s remember all the fun times. To close out the summer program we had Newark Vocational High School and Barringer High School rocking out with us! L👀k at those faces 😁🤗☀️

✨ Your nervous system deserves a moment to exhale. ✨

As the seasons begin to shift, nature reminds us that we don’t have to carry what no longer serves us. Join us for an evening of deep restoration, community, and intention.

We’ll begin with a soothing crystal singing bowl sound bath designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and bring your body into a state of rest. Then, as the sun begins to set, we’ll gather around the fire for a heart-opening ceremonial cacao circle, where we’ll honor all that this season has taught us and plant intentions for what’s to come.

This is your invitation to slow down.
To reconnect.
To breathe.
To remember yourself.
