The owners and their families have been involved in the seafood industry for more than a century. They got their start in two of the most prominent working watermen's communities on the Eastern Shore -- Willis Wharf and Tangier Island. Nandua Selects offers two different size oysters; a Nandua King and a Nandua Queen. The Kings are larger while the Queens are a smaller cocktail size oyster. Both sizes are available in either Bayside or Seaside variety with the Seaside's being saltier.
