Wantz Distributors was originally founded in 1933, by Hiram B. The company was initially organized to sell, market and distribute malt beverage products in Washington County, Maryland. The company was originally located on 88 West Lee Street in downtown Hagerstown. Our original products included several regional brews like Cumberland Brewery, C. The Aheuser-Busch brewery became a part of the our p
ortfolio in 1934. Over time, the local brands were sold, and second generation Hiram B. dedicated all efforts to grow the Budweiser brands. To this day we remain committed to the sales and distribution of the AB-InBev brands, carrying over 75 different brands and sell over 350 different packages. Our product line now covers domestic, import, craft and speciality beers. Wantz Distributors operates just outside Hagerstown at the intersection of interstates I-70 and I-81 in a state of the art warehouse. Wantz Distributors proudly distributes the full line of AB-Inbev products to Allegany, Carroll, Frederick, Garrett and Washington counties in Maryland.
