➡Tasha Smith (born February 28, 1971) is an American actress, director and producer. She has appeared in the films The Whole Ten Yards (2004), Daddy's Little Girls (2007), The Longshots (2008), Couples Retreat (2009), and Jumping the Broom (2011). She starred as Angela Williams in the Tyler Perry films Why Did I Get Married? (2007), its sequel Why Did I Get Married Too? (2010), and on the television series based on the movies, For Better or Worse (2011–2017). In 2015, she began a recurring role as Carol Holloway on the Fox musical drama series Empire. Later in the same year, Smith made her directorial debut.

➡Sidra Smith (born February 28, 1971) is a producer, writer and former model. She is known for A Luv Tale (1999), Daredevil (2003) and Cleopatra, Smiles.

She started her career casting music videos for Dr. Dre in the early 90’s and moved quickly to assisting on feature films, before creating Sidra Smith Casting that focused on ad campaigns and TV commercials.

A former model, Sidra moved to Paris at 19 years old where she worked showrooms for a few months before eventually landing in Italy where she signed with an agency and worked for two years.

Sidra produced the 2013 NAACP Image Award-winning documentary ‘Free Angela and All Political Prisoners.’ Directed by Shola Lynch and executive produced by Jada Pinkett Smith (who Sidra personally brought onto the project), the film explores the turbulent months in 1972 that activist Angela Davis spent on trial for murder, conspiracy and kidnapping. She was later acquitted for all charges.
