Reminder: WebstaurantStore DC 877 will be conducting interviews tomorrow, Wednesday, October 7, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for the following positions:

• Outbound Material Handler
• Inventory Replenishment
• Inventory Specialist
• Custodian

We’re adjusting our overnight opportunities. Our 2A shift will transition to a Sunday through Tuesday schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, and we’re adding a new 2B shift running Wednesday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

One of the things I appreciate most about working at WebstaurantStore ebstaurantStore is that the company, as a whole, invests in its people.

One way we do this is through the Team Lead Learning Plan. The learning plan is designed to strengthen leadership skills, expand knowledge, and support the continued success of our Team Leads.

Last week, we celebrated a group of Leads who have completed the TLLP program. The Team Leads were surprised with completion certificates, dinner, and a 'Team Lead' zip up as they reflected on the experience. Each person shared two things they appreciated and could take with them moving forward, along with something needed to continue working on.

The takeaways were different for everyone. Some talked about the importance of the "5 Whys," while others appreciated learning how to approach crucial conversations.

Seeing our Team Leads grow in their confidence and leadership skills is one of the most rewarding parts of investing in our people.

WebstaurantStore DC 877 celebrated our team last week with April’s Employee Appreciation Luncheon, and we couldn’t have done it without TONI to GO TTG. She showed up not once, not twice, but four times with amazing food.

Easily our warehouse’s favorite caterer, and we’re already looking forward to the next time.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Canteen for taking such great care of our team here at DC 877. The convenience and reliability of an on-site marketplace has made a huge difference for our associates and the team genuinely appreciates them.

However, one of the best parts of Canteen Vending is Marcus, our Route Specialist. Not only does he keep us stocked, happy, and organized but, he really looks out for our Team. He checks in, pays attention to what’s needed, and always shows up with a smile and positive vibes! He’s become more than a driver to us, he’s part of the WebstaurantStore family.

We’re grateful to have him on our route… and of course, we had to show some love and get him swagged out.
