When Ben saw this gigantic tub of his favorite Sheetz dipping condiment, Ken's Boom Boom Sauce, he instantly turned to me asking, or rather telling, what we could do with the Boom Boom Sauce and pierogi. As he stood there holding the sauce and bargaining with me to make the leap, I couldn't help but think of his unwavering love for mozz sticks dunked in this sauce.

So, if we mix a batch of our handmade Punk 'N Peasant Pierogi with potato, mozzarella and boom boom sauce stuffed inside our dough inspired by one of Ben's favorite food choices, would y'all be down?

Here's a fur baby that needs a home 🖤

Apple Cider woke up today as she has for the past 206 days -- in a kennel, in a room full of cats, in a shelter, without anyone interested in adopting her. She's spent Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, and a birthday here. She has spent more time in the shelter than any other animal currently here. We know Apple Cider requires a special adopter, but that person is out there somewhere. We just need your help to find them!

Apple Cider is lovingly referred to by some as "Slapple Cider," because she's quick with those paws, but she rarely uses her claws. She came in as a mom with kittens back in October, and they were spicy, too, but all four have since been adopted. Isn't it time Apple Cider gets a home of her own, too? She may very well be a different cat when given time to relax in a home. It's stressful here. She's ready to get out.

If you're able to adopt, come meet Apple Cider in our Cat Adopt room today, and give her a chance. If not, please share this post to help it reach as many people as possible. She needs all the help she can get! Apple Cider is available to adopt for just $25 through Saturday, May 16th!

🐕: We don't know if Apple Cider has lived with dogs before. We recommend slow introductions after she's fully acclimated to her new home.
👫: A home with older children/teens would be best for Apple Cider. She needs people who will respect her boundaries.
🐈: Apple Cider may do well with other cats. We recommend slow introductions.
🩺: Apple Cider is 3 years old and weighs about 11 pounds. She's spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home TODAY!

Happy Cinco de Mayo, Pierogi Punks! 🥟🖤🇲🇽

We whipped up a special batch that's available this week only! Introducing VERDE VANDAL 💚 Inside our super special from scratch dough, we stuffed creamy potatoes, green hatch chiles, queso fresco and Mexican crema with a dash of cayenne pepper for a delicious bite with some soft heat! Can you say YUM?!?

Grab a bag of frozen pierogi at the Boonsboro Farmers Market TONIGHT or catch us slingin' these hot 'n crispy with a drizzle of crema on FRIDAY at the Brunswick Farmers Market!
