📍 Ginn’s Water Pump and Drilling – Serving Western Maryland

Ginn’s Water Pump and Drilling is looking for a motivated and experienced Well Pump / Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team.

If you have experience in the water well or plumbing industry and enjoy hands-on work solving water system problems for customers, we want to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities

• Install and service submersible pumps, pressure tanks, booster pumps, and constant pressure systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pump systems and control panels
• Install and service water treatment systems (softeners, filtration, etc.)
• Complete daily work reports and invoices
• Maintain equipment and service vehicles
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Collect payments and complete job documentation

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in the water well or plumbing industry preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 65 lbs regularly
• Able to climb, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor safely

Job Details

• Full-time position
• Overtime opportunities available
• Rotating weekend on-call schedule
