Meet the team behind Pauwela 🤝 Matt, Cady, Jayla and Kyle.
What started as a friendship way back at the Waipuna Chapel Wednesday Farmers Market 🤗 and turned into the opening of Booch & Coco (remember that one friends? 🤤 RIP🪦❤️) has now turned into a five year friendship/partnership/business building dream squad. The things the four of us have been through and will continue to go through together, make Pauwela all it is. It takes serious work, communication, grit, energy, compassion, and empathy to maintain partnerships. We are lucky to have each other and we are lucky to have you 🫵 all our Pauwela lovers out there! We continue!

We got to get dressed up fancy last week to attend the Hawaii Economic Update luncheon hosted by to receive our award for Manufacturer Of The Year for Maui County from the SBA! 🥇 🥳 Huge shoutout to for the nomination and the support of small businesses like ours.

Being a manufacturer in Hawaii is no joke. From purchasing equipment, to permitting, to shipping, troubleshooting when things break, sourcing across oceans…the challenges never stop coming. Receiving this award means so much to us. It validates us in ways that help us continue to do what we do even in our hardest moments when we think everything we’ve done is totally insane 🤣

We’ve had a blast donating Pauwela Soda to the events on the North Shore these last couple weeks 🌊🏄‍♂️. Massive mahalo to for always supporting us - nothing better than two local companies teaming up to fuel some of the best surf days of the season.

With a run of clean NW swells lighting up Pipeline, Sunset, and Haleʻiwa, the athletes have been scoring 🌊 glassy mornings, overhead sets, and a couple days of full-on barrels. The WSL crew has been out there bright and early each event window, making the most of every pulse.

Stoked to keep Pauwela Soda flowing for everyone on the beach and behind the scenes. Nothing like good waves, good people, and good vibes on the North Shore 🤙🍍✨”
