What do you do when you wake up to a pinksplosion of mountain apple blossoms? First we ask the interwebz "Can we eats it?" Interwebz sez yes so we nibble small kine. Tastes like tart cherry but a bit tough to chew.
Seems like tincture time! So we collect as much as we can and soak it in vodka for a few weeks. Now we have this delicious tincture that tastes like flowers and sunshine. Just a splash in some ice water makes a refreshing bevy for a hot summer day. Cheers!
