The wait is finally over—Hailey Rocks is officially here!

We kick off the summer music series this Thursday night at the Sawtooth Brewery Tap Room with the incredible Brad Parsons taking the stage. We just caught Brad's set up at the Sawtooth Valley Gathering last weekend and it was absolutely epic, so you definitely do not want to miss this show!

An event like this takes a village, and we want to extend a massive thank you to our incredible local sponsors who make Hailey Rocks possible every single year. A special shout out to our Presenting Partner, Wood River Roofing—please help us support the businesses that support our community!

The hardware is coming back to the Wood River Valley! 🏆

​We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Sawtooth Brewery just took home a Bronze Medal for our Cold Springs Italian Pilsner at the North American Brewers Association (NABA) Awards!

​Luke and the brewing crew have been absolutely crushing it in the brewhouse, and it’s an incredible feeling to have that hard work recognized on the big stage.

​Now it's time to celebrate. We are packing up the taps and looking forward to seeing everyone at the Mountain West Beer Fest tomorrow right here in Idaho Falls! Come on down, taste the award-winning Pilsner for yourself, and let’s toast to a great weekend of Idaho craft beer.

Shout out to the mastermind keeping your glasses full—our head brewer, Luke Bagnall!

Luke joined the crew back in September, and we honestly couldn't ask for a better guy running the brewhouse. Not only has he been doing an incredible job making sure the beer is tasting better than ever, but he is also an absolute pleasure to work with every single day.

Luke brings some serious, world-class credentials to the Sawtooth Brewery team:
He holds a B.S. in Fermentation Science & Technology (with a minor in Food Safety) from Colorado State University.
He earned his Master Brewer Certification from the prestigious VLB Berlin in Germany!

He’s been refining his craft in the industry since 2016, bringing valuable experience from favorites like Prost Brewing Company, SweetWater, and Breckenridge Brewery.

From running labs to mastering German brewing techniques, Luke has done it all—and it shows in every single pour.

Next time you’re hanging out at the Tap Room or Public House and see Luke, give him a huge pat on the back and let him know just how good the beer has been! ️🍺

ThrowbackThursday to that time the Hailey dump was looking a little too familiar… 😂

We rolled up to drop off our recycling and found the bin completely filled to the brim with Idahome cans! We’re not sure who is responsible for this absolute legendary effort, but we respect the dedication to drinking local.

Hey, at least we know the valley stays well-hydrated! Cheers to keeping Idaho beautiful and recycling those cans.
