It’s almost that time haines alaska. From 4pm-sold out we will have Fully Loaded Potatoes, we have around 50 available.
Your options will be Smoked Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork or Classic.

We will also have Burgers and Fries as well and we hope to see you tonight for some dinner.

We are doing burgers, fries and nachos from 11am-2pm and then from 4pm- Sold Out we are doing Fully Loaded Potatoes and Burgers. Yes you heard that right in the video, we will have Smoked Brisket AND Smoked Pulled Pork for the dinner service.

Thank you everyone who came out yesterday for our first day selling. You guys showed up! We feel so appreciative and grateful to all of you!

We will work on getting our wait times down as much as possible as we get our flow back, it’s been 4 years since we ran out of the trailer and let me tell you, it is a bit cramped in there 🤣

We are closed this afternoon but are hoping to open up for a dinner service tonight, but that is TBD. Eventually I’d love to have a fairly set schedule but for this first week or so, keep an eye out on this page and we’ll try and keep it updated daily.

Please reach out if you have any questions, I can generally get back to you within a day.

Heads up everyone, we maybe delayed a little bit.

We are still going to try and open today from 11am-3pm and then 4:30-7pm BUT we might be a little delayed as we are working out some startup kinks.

We will keep everyone updated but right now I need to get this bad boy cut up and ground up for some burgers.
