After a few hours of waiting, it’s time to see if the curds are ready. When you get that long, smooth stretch, you know you’re getting close to fresh mozzarella!

The squash is coming in fast! 🌱🧺

The kids have been busy harvesting, and we have plenty of fresh squash available right now. $8 for a 5 lb bag, gate pickup while store is under construction. If you’d like some, send us a message and we’ll set a bag aside for you!

Nothing beats a fresh-picked tomato straight from the garden! 🍅❤️

Charity was enjoying tomatoes right off the vine earlier—one of them even had a funny little “nose” on it, and she thought it was tasty! 😄
