Owl Creek Farm We are a local blueberry farm, we have $ 3.00 lb. Pick-your-own berries, $4.00 pints on our stand.

We participate at local farmers markets, sell flats and supply to local co-ops, general stores.

Farm Update: Lack of rain has slowed the ripening of our berries. The field will be closed for U-Pick as of tomorrow, August 9th. We will continue to have limited pints for sale on the stand at the farm on Old County Rd in Halifax, and at the tent on Gates Pond Rd in Jacksonville. We will keep you posted if we’re able to reopen U-Pick.

We wait for this one week when the picking goes quickly. Yesterday’s rain, which we had wanted desperately, was just what we hoped for. This is the week we look forward to, all bushes ripening, easy picking, the skies are blue. Come pick some berries.

We had many berries that ripen quickly, and we’ve had over 60 lbs picked, the remaining berries have not continued to ripen at the same rate. Our best guest for easy picking would be this coming weekend, after the hot humid weather comes back in. We will have limited number of pints at the stand.
