🎃👻 HALLOWEEN PARTY FOR A GREAT CAUSE! 🇺🇸

📣 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC — EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Come out for a great night while helping support those who served our country. ❤️🤍💙

🇺🇸 All proceeds benefit Mr. Sandy’s Homeless Veterans, helping local veterans in need.

🚪 Doors open at 6 PM
🎶 Party from 7–11 PM
🎟️ Tickets are available now!
$15 per person | $25 per couple
🍺 One free drink included with each ticket

We’ll have live entertainment, a DJ, 50/50, raffles, a fortune teller, costume prizes and plenty of Halloween fun! 🎃👻

You DO NOT have to be a member to attend — bring your friends, dress up and come have some fun with us while supporting an amazing cause!

🇺🇸 A PIECE OF VFW POST 7045 HISTORY 🇺🇸

We recently came across this incredible original newspaper clipping from the Gazette and Daily, dated April 9, 1951, showing the groundbreaking for the new home of Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Post 7045.

The article tells us that the first spade of ground was turned for what was then planned as a $5,000 VFW home south of Hallam Borough.

Even more meaningful, the new Post home was to be named in honor of Albert B. Emig, who was killed during World War II. His mother, Mrs. Howard M. Emig, is pictured breaking the ground, with his father and stepmother standing beside her.

More than 75 years later, Post 7045 is still here—serving veterans, supporting our community, and carrying forward what these men and women started all those years ago.

Along with the clipping is another wonderful piece of our history: an original Veterans of Foreign Wars October Offensive award from 1955, presented to Kreutz Creek Valley Post No. 7045.

It’s pretty amazing to hold these originals in our hands and think about everyone who stood here before us. ❤️🤍💙

From breaking ground in 1951 to serving our veterans and community in 2026 — the legacy continues.

🇺🇸 SUPPORT OUR TROOPS OVERSEAS! 🇺🇸

Kreutz Creek Valley V.F.W. is collecting donations to send care packages to our brave men and women serving overseas. ❤️🤍💙

Sometimes the smallest things from home can mean the most when you’re thousands of miles away from family and friends.

We’re collecting snacks, beef jerky, ramen noodles, coffee packets, protein bars, personal hygiene items, playing cards, puzzle books, magazines, stationery, and handwritten cards or letters of appreciation.

📦 DONATION DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 22, 2026

Every item donated will be packaged and sent directly to our troops overseas.

🏍️ A very special THANK YOU to the Motorcycle Veterans Club for proudly supporting the overseas shipping expenses! Your generosity helps make this possible.

On behalf of Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Post 7045, we want to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make Stars & Bars 2026 such an incredible success!

To every volunteer, employee, member, donor, sponsor, entertainer, participant, organization, and community member who gave their time, money, supplies, talents, or simply showed up to support us — THANK YOU! 🇺🇸

An event like this takes so many people working behind the scenes, and whether your contribution was big or small, YOU were part of making this day happen.

And what better way to end an incredible day than lighting up the sky! 🎆✨ We hope you enjoy this video of our Stars & Bars fireworks finale!

Seeing our community come together, families having fun, friends laughing, and everyone looking up at that sky together made all the hard work worth it.

We are incredibly grateful for the support shown to Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Post 7045 and to our veterans.
