Crispy on the outside, tender in the center and packed with bold flavor. This is the kind of recipe that turns dinner into an experience.

Ingredients ✅
USDA Prime Chateaubriand
Sea salt
Black pepper
Crushed chili flakes
Garlic powder
Butter
Olive oil
Fresh thyme

Instructions
Pat the meat dry and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili flakes.
Heat olive oil in a very hot pan until shimmering.
Sear the Chateaubriand on all sides until a crispy crust forms.
Add butter and thyme, then spoon the melted butter over the meat while it cooks.
Let it rest before slicing to keep all the juices inside.

Fresh parsley
Fresh cilantro
Garlic cloves
Red chili flakes
Fresh red chili or jalapeño
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Sea salt
Black pepper
Oregano

Instructions
Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, garlic and fresh chili.
Add everything into a bowl with oregano, chili flakes, salt and pepper.
Pour in olive oil and a splash of red wine vinegar.
Mix well and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
