The Moon Rocks Story - Over 40 years ago my mom (Cynthia Rae - the culinary master) was a single mother who worked 3 jobs and put herself through culinary school. While in school she created the "secret recipe" for Moon Rocks - the unique flavors and texture truly makes them "out of this world". Back in the day she found it impossible to find a job as a baker. You can imagine after how hard she

had worked it was truly one of life's disappointments. My whole life my mother has been telling me that we needed to make Moon Rocks, that the world needed them. I have watched for years friends & family going crazy for these cookies, it was truly a joyful experience. Shortly before my 50th birthday I decided it was time to share the joy with everyone.
