Turkey is done!! My step by step pics of my PR Style Pavochon! Roaster pan base full of celery, carrots, apples, olive oil, Nepy's Dry Rub and some other secret ingredients, Turkey rubbed with my Pavochon marinade under the skin and inside the cavity, cavity stuffed with carrots, celery and apples. Slow cooked in the oven covered in banana leaves for a couple of hours then fully roasted without being covered .... WALLAAAHH .... Nepy's Holiday Pavochon!!!
