This is the official graduation announcement for family members who do not utilize Instagram. The graduation ceremony was a remarkable success. Bode was the recipient of the esteemed French award, given to one student in his class. Throughout his four years, he consistently maintained high honors and was recognized for this achievement, receiving two additional awards: one for biliteracy and another French award. Bode has been awarded scholarship money to attend Miami University, where he plans to pursue a double major in French and international affairs. This summer, he will return to France, a place he loves, and is eager to explore further. We anticipate receiving the results of the advanced placement testing in French in June, but Bode is confident in his performance. Bode faced significant obstacles during his four years at St. Xavier, so please forgive my pride in his accomplishments. If you knew the extent of his perseverance, you would understand why we are thrilled that he has emerged triumphant. We are grateful for the support of our prayer warriors and Bode’s unwavering commitment. Thanks to my family and friends who have been so supportive to Bode and us. We are truly blessed. A special acknowledgement to three individuals who made a significant impact: his brother John, his cousin Eva, and his French teacher Rachel Kohler. (And of course me and my husband)
Now….on to the next chapter!!
We love you Bode!
