Our wood-fire roasted coffees are now organic! Starting today, we're using only organic single-origin beans from Central America. Why? Because we don't want herbicides, pesticides, or other artificial chemicals in our coffee. Do you?

Behind the Scenes:
This afternoon, we're firing up the coffee roaster for our first organic batch. The first step in roasting coffee is making a nice hot bed of coals. We only use wood, paper, and natural lard to start our fires. No charcoal, lighter fluids or anything unnatural in our roaster!
