28 YEARS OF COLD B**R, GOOD PEOPLE, AND A LITTLE CONTROLLED CHAOS.

This Friday, we're celebrating 28 years of Bitter Root Brewing doing what we do best. Pouring cold b**r, serving up good food, turning up the music, and occasionally pretending we've got it all figured out.

We've weathered a few storms, emptied a ridiculous number of kegs, and collected more stories than we can probably tell.

But 28 years doesn't happen without the people who keep showing up, pulling up a stool, and making this place what it is.

This Friday, the party's for you.

Come celebrate nearly three decades of keeping the taps flowing and the good times rolling.

Five years of highways, handshakes, long days, bad weather, unanswered texts, and more miles than I care to count.

Nobody sticks around this long for the glamorous sales-rep lifestyle. Trust me, it doesn’t exist.

I still do it because I give a s**t.

About the b**r. About the people who make it. About the bars and shops that keep putting it on the shelf and behind the taps. About seeing something we worked our asses off for sitting in someone’s hand.

Five years in, I’m a little more tired, a little more sarcastic, and probably harder to impress.

But I still get a kick out of seeing our b**r out in the wild.

Turns out that’s been enough to keep me coming back.

Here’s to the next 5 years and looking forward to taking the ride with you!
