🍫 Brookie

Can’t decide between a brownie and a cookie? You don’t have to! Our rich, fudgy brownie meets our classic chocolate chip cookie for the best of both worlds.

🍫 Salted Caramel Brownie

Calling all sweet and salty lovers! Our rich, fudgy brownie is topped with homemade caramel and finished with flaky sea salt. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and salty!

☕ Fudgy Mocha Brownie

Coffee and chocolate are a match made in heaven! This fudgy brownie features sweet cream swirls and is finished with a dusting of cocoa, powdered sugar, and espresso. A little something special for our coffee lovers!

🥧 Apple Hand Pie

Everything you love about a classic apple pie, wrapped up in a perfectly handheld treat! A flaky, golden crust filled with sweet, warmly spiced apples. It’s cozy, nostalgic, and tastes like fall in every bite!

First up: Mini Cakes & Mini Loaves! 🍰

Our goal is to offer one mini cake (think buttercream, frosting, and all the good stuff!) and one mini loaf (think banana bread, seasonal quick breads, or anything with a delicious streusel topping!) each weekend.

This weekend, we’re offering:

🥕 Carrot Cake with Browned Butter Icing

SHE’S BACK! And easily one of my personal favorite desserts. Our soft, spiced carrot cake is topped with a rich, nutty browned butter icing and finished with a sweet, spiced carrot topping. If you love carrot cake, this one is a must-try!

🍎 Apple Crumble Mini Loaf

Another returning favorite! This tender mini loaf is studded with apples, layered with our house-made apple topping, and finished with a buttery streusel crumble. It’s everything you love about apple crumble in a perfectly portioned little loaf!

🥕 We heard you LOUD & CLEAR & we’re bringing back our carrot cake with browned butter icing that gives the perfect nutty flavor without the nuts. It flew off the shelf last time we offered it, so be sure to snag one while you can.

🍪 There’s a NEW Cookie of the Month! We’re bringing back our Pecan Pie Cookie Bars! If you had these last fall, you already know just how addicting they are. 😋 If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re in for a treat!

🚗 WE NOW OFFER DELIVERY! That’s right! You can now have your Klein Sprouts favorites delivered straight to your doorstep through Hotplate! It works similarly to DoorDash, making it even easier to enjoy your favorites without leaving home. We’re testing this out and will continue offering it as long as it works well for everyone! 🤗

SOMETHING NEW IS COMING! We’ve also been working behind the scenes on a BRAND NEW product for the stand, and we cannot waiiiit to share it with you! Stay tuned because we think you’re going to love this one!

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mix, 1/2 cup water, 1 large egg and 1 tablespoon of oil or melted butter.
