I thought it would be cool to show you my point of view when I’m lunging the horse! It can definitely feel really magical sometimes when they turn right on cue.😍 I teach them noises to speed up and turn. You may hear them in the video. I believe she’s caught on faster than any horse I’ve ever met.! Then we did a little bit of desensitizing Work make sure her brain is in the right place. It is bittersweet to work with a Mustang as it was the breed of Horse I started training in the beginning of my journey 12 years ago. Just reminds me of how grateful I am to God that he showed me so early in life what my purpose was. My ministry is definitely through the horses. 🙌❤️✝️

Look at shimmer! The first three photos is when she came, the other three are today. She look so much better! It hits a little different when you nurse one back to health, while training it. She will be one I dont forget about. ❤️

Little story about this Horse, kind of a testimony when she showed up I decided to put her on my Grain. God told me to do this to help her out. I really didn’t think twice about it because I don’t know if I’ll ever make a lot of money in this line of work I choose to do because I don’t charge much and I care a lot about the horses. I didn’t charge for the Grain.

Well, I went to get some more of it. It was on sale for 50% off, which I thought was weird because that grain does not go on sale very often. I get it upfront and the Lady rings it up. But the funny thing is it doesn’t ring up as 50% off. So come to find out she put the tag on wrong, since the tag was 50% off, I still was able to get it at that price and then they took it off lol. As I went home, I heard God say I will do things for you, because you do things for me.❤️🥹 

You know I am so grateful for the things he’s done in my life already, and then sometimes he just does a little bit more. I hope if anything people get out of my page they see how much I love and trust my God. He gives me the confidence encourage to do what I do. He wants to bless every single one of us. It’s just whether or not you stay on the path that he provided for you.

I have been teaching shimmer to park out using Liberty training. She’s able to do it by a simple tactile cue and sound cue. She has picked up on it so quickly on the ground and now it’s starting to learn it from the Saddle. She is such a smart, sweet horse that definitely just wants to please you.

I will never understand how someone could be so mean to horses. She was at a trainer’s house before me that did not feed her right and did nothing but really caused her to have trust issues and be scared. We had to work through those in the very beginning, but luckily she didn’t have too much trauma from it and was able to overcome it quickly.

God is good in helping me communicate with horses that may be more weary. 🙌❤️✝️

I always show love, respect and patience to my horses, and it gets me a lot farther than forcing them to do anything.  I just pray that the trainer that had her before me would find God and someone can show him a better way to work with horses, forcing them is not answer.

Wow, just the second day of round pen work, and Quinn is showing me how smart she is! Free lunging and the second day of teaching her to move her hindquarters around me and she is moving with barely any pressure which is amazing! She also did really well with the ba****ck pad today. She did not buck at all with the pressure of a cinch being tight, she did crow hop the day before. I am so blessed and excited to be working with her as she is a mustang, might be a little biased, but they’re one of my favorite breeds. I also I believe they’re one of the most intelligent breeds. 🙌❤️✝️

Today was really evaluation day for Quinn. She did as good as I expected, she is a little lazy lol. The first couple days are always this, just to see how far I can take each individual horse. We worked through, who is the dominant one. By moving their feet away from you, you’re able to communicate this with body language. In the end, I feel like she realizes that’s me now not her, I feel like she did definitely test me a couple times. She has a lot of potential and I can’t wait to see what she does moving forward. God is with us, he will continue to guide me in the direction of which Quinn needs to go. 🙌✝️❤️ I believe in magic of MY GOD and what he does for me. ☺️

Look at Shimmer and Aries!! They rode down the road like they have been doing it for years! We rode about an hour all together. So proud of them. Definitely so amazing to see so many blessings at once. The girl i taught to ride on the horse I trained and me on the horse I have trained. ❤️ God is so good! 🙌✝️❤️

Shimmer went down the road a little bit tonight. She has gained so much confidence in the short time I have had her here. She has one of the kindest and forgiving souls i have ever met. God has worked miracles through me with many horses and she is one of them. I love being on this journey God has aloud me to be one.😍✝️🙌

Meet Quinn! She is a mustang, so excited to work with her she is so sweet. ❤️ God is good and excited for my next adventure with this beautiful girl. 🙌✝️❤️

Shimmer you have done so amazing! Going from being scared and jumpy to confidently watching the fireworks in the distance. God is so good and I will miss this girl. She will probably be going home next Sunday, as her owner is very happy with her progress. I feel like a lot of times, I get to be the one to test the horse out first and I am ok with that. As I believe it’s Gods purpose for me. To have confidence getting on a horse for its first ride is everything. 🙌✝️❤️ God gives it to me.
