Lady is doing so well, she decided to trot around the barrels a little bit today. One of our biggest struggles we’re having right now is she doesn’t like to bend her neck as much as she should, it needs to be softened more. So I ride her around the barrels to get her to flex around.
We also went out in the field today and she did such a good job out there. I absolutely love these moments, the transition from one step to the next with each horse I work with. A am so grateful to God for everything he does for me because he loves me so much. 🥹🙌✝️❤️

Say hello to my two new horses. The line back dun is Freya and the bay is Maverick. There’s not too much history on these two as they were rescued from a Kill pen by the people I got them from, they took very good care of them, but they also knew what I brought some of my horses out of, so with Maverick being so reactive they decided he would be a good fit for me to work with. Freya has had a hard life, It seems with all the scars she has on her body, I’m not even 100% sure whether she’s sound for riding. As she gets into a better weight, the process of getting all that looked at is gonna get set in place. Maverick seems to be in good health he does have a couple spots on him one big scar on his upper leg. He’s just a little bit underweight, he has no history as well and he can be somewhat miss trusting. God has put them in my life to help them and they will get the mental and physical care they need. There is not a lot of vets around here that do the type of scanning that freya may need so it might get pricey, God will provide what we need to care for her I know this. I was only supposed to bring Maverick home, but I couldn’t help myself with Freya sweet eyes. 🙌✝️❤️

I rode Lady out in arena. She did really well. There was a couple times that she got a little nervous and spooked, but she was able to listen to me and we were able to work through it. Couple more times in the round pen and we may be taking off down the road. I will never get tired of saying how amazing it is that God has gifted me with the ability to connect with horses the way I do. I can never thank him enough. When this horse first showed up, she was very nervous of me and would hardly come up to me. And now she is getting a lot more curious and not running from me and starting to follow me in the pasture. 🙌✝️❤️

I rode Lady ba****ck, she is progressing so well. I plan to take her out in the arena as I feel she is ready, stay tuned for that. She’s responding to me when I ask her to slow down even when she spooks, that is one of the biggest signs you know you’re ready to go into more open space. Thank you God for allowing us to stay safe during the vulnerable moments of riding ba****ck. 🙌✝️❤️

Prayer is powerful. 🙏🙌

Say a prayer for Quinn, as she left today. They are going to try to find out why her hips are so tense. When I ride her she seems in pain and favors her hip.

I looked up this her Mustang BLM history and for the things she’s went through, she’s an amazing Horse!! So say a prayer for whatever is going on with her that it’s fixable, as she’s only seven years old. I would hate to see her one in pain, two not being able to be rode because she does like to ride and LOVES attention.

I’m so glad God sent her to me so that I was able to gently move her along. That I was able to tell that something was just not exactly right. And I’m so proud of her for not blowing up and trying to hurt me out of all of that. God is good and I hope and pray her journey of learning to ride is not over.

Lady is doing so good. She took off trotting yesterday. 🙌 I really like to allow the horse to move as they see comfortably the first couple rides. Allow them to show me they are ready. Well lady just took off trotting all by herself!! 😍 I can’t think God enough for gifting me the Holy Spirit who guides me through every one of my horses. ✝️❤️🙌
