Our Taste of Tangi kickoff at the Columbia Theatre was a huge success. Thanks to all the restaurants, small businesses and government officials who attended. Once again, a special congratulations to the Graziano Family and Murphy's Restaurant for receiving the 2023 Restaurant Legacy Award and Denzel Jones for receiving the 2023 Super Star Hospitality Award.

As part of this year's Taste of Tangi, we are partnering with the Culinary Program at the Northshore Technical Community College. Today, Chef Fransciso with Salty Joe's Restaurant showed the students techniques for carving fruit. The students will be helping tomorrow at the Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts for our Taste of Tangi business presentations and tomorrow night one thirteen restaurant for our Tequila Tasting Fundraiser with proceeds going to the Culinary Program scholarships.
