These are my brainchild this year for the Mardis Gras parades. I found some cheap 60cc syringes on Amazon & made a beautiful powerful big-ass shot! The secret here is to use equal parts alcohol & water for best flavor. Use peach schnapps for a candy flavored shot, triple sec for more sour taste. Vodka of course!
Purple layer:
1️⃣. Boil 1 cup water. Add red jello powder. Whisk until fully dissolved.
2️⃣. Add 1/2 cup peach schnapps & 1/2 cup vodka. Add blue food coloring until desired purple color.
3️⃣. Remove stoppers from syringes. Replace caps on tip of syringe or it will all run out. I placed my empty, capped, stopperless syringes in tall Newks cups to keep them upright.
4️⃣. Using one syringe, fill each empty syringe 1/3 full of purple jello. Refrigerate 1-2 hours until mostly set.
Yummy yellow layer:
1️⃣. Add 1 pkg yellow jello to 3/4 cup coconut rum. Let set 1-3 minutes. Add 1 cup boiling water. Mix well.
2️⃣. Whisk in 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Yes!!!
3️⃣. When purple layer is set, squeeze in yellow layer with syringe on top of purple layer, leaving room in syringe for one more layer. Chill 1 hour.
Green layer:
1️⃣. Boil 1 cup water. Add green jello powder. Whisk until fully dissolved.
2️⃣. Add 1/2 cup peach schnapps & 1/2 cup vodka.
3️⃣. When yellow layer is set, use syringe to fill remaining space with green jello. Leave room to replace the stopper.
4️⃣. Let cool overnight to completely set. Add syringe stoppers. Wipe off any stray jello & enjoy! These are so beautiful & yummy!!!

- [ ] I 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
- [ ] Peach schnapps or triple sec
- [ ] Coconut rum
- [ ] Vodka
- [ ] Red, yellow, green jello
- [ ] Blue food coloring
- [ ] 60cc syringes
