If you were around when we were basically “playing restaurant” or “playing tiki bar,” then you already know one of our favorite things has always been creating an experience around a drink.

Fun glassware. Unexpected flavors. Ridiculous names. A little extra drama. Because why just have a cocktail when you can have a whole damn experience? And we did it with wine & beer!

Now that we’re finally getting our glow up and becoming what we were actually supposed to be all along….

when it comes to the drinks, the glassware, the flavors, the presentation and all the little details that make Paradise… Paradise—

expect nothing less.

I know we’ve been quiet lately. We’ve gone through some really hard moments and honestly just a lot of work in all aspects both businesses and life. Many of you might’ve already started to see that we did a commercial with Harbor Freight. I think it’s reached YouTube ads and now it’s floating somewhere on Facebook soon to be on TV I’m sure. It was a pivotal point for us for sure. It was kind of crazy how it all fell together and was meant to be in a way. I’ve always been taught to work with what you got and that it’s not the brand name that gets s**t done and Brian is more of the brand-name Hoochie 😂 so it’s been kind of cool to see this transition to get to really try a lot of their tools and relish In the fact how tools have changed over the years from these companies and changing Brian‘s mind a little. we’ve done a lot of projects in the past few months for both businesses for the fabrication shop for the Restaurant and for our life like today, we’re preparing for Brian‘s mom‘s 80th birthday party and we used a lot of the tools to put a lot of it together so stay tuned so you can see how hard we love and appreciate and we believe in Harbor Freight 💖

Happy Monday!

As we continue preparing for what’s next at Paradise MotoTiki & Co., we’re beginning to collect resumes and applications from people who may be interested in becoming part of our team.

We’re not filling positions overnight, and we’re not rushing the process. We’re looking for genuinely great people who are passionate about hospitality, coffee, cocktails, food, and creating memorable experiences.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re currently accepting resumes and applications for future consideration, including:

Our selection process will include multiple stages as we carefully build the right team and culture from the ground up.

Hey everyone —

We wanted to give a little update regarding Cruise Night and the future of Paradise Mototiki & Co.

After a lot of discussion, we’ve made the difficult decision that we will not be hosting Cruise Night this season.

Over the last couple years, Cruise Night grew into something really special. It brought people from all over together, helped create new memories in Downtown Hammond, and reminded us what community is supposed to feel like. We’re incredibly proud of that.

But the reality is that putting on an event like that takes a massive amount of organization, staffing, time, energy, and money behind the scenes — and right now, every ounce of our focus needs to go toward reopening Paradise the right way.

At this moment, we still do not have an exact opening date to announce yet. We know that’s not the answer everyone wants, and trust us, we’re anxious too. But rather than rush things, we’re focusing on building the best possible experience we can for this community — one that feels intentional, immersive, welcoming, and worth the wait.

As soon as we have an exact opening date, you all will be the first to know.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Cruise Night, supported us, and continued believing in what we’re building here. This next chapter needs our full attention, and we’re excited to show you what Paradise is becoming.

See you in Paradise sooner than later 💖
