still here + thriving! the end of the chaotic school year leaves very little time to the creating. so looking forward to continue to whip up wellness for our little community while working on an even bigger project 🫶
today, I juiced an og classic greens, created a keto tzatziki cucumber egg salad, whipped up a delightfully I nspired NE chowdah, + roasted some grass fed tenderloin with asparagus ftw 🥩🥚🥒🥬
should we add one to the menu?? 🙃👑
