We’re excited to announce JW19 Hot Hooves Daddy’s Groove received the ABGA award for Doe of Excellence! To receive this prestigious award the doe had to receive combined total of one hundred (100) points or more from the doe and her progeny. The doe cannot contribute more the 85 points.

“Groovy” joined our herd in 2017 as Hannah’s first ABGA show doe. Groovy quickly became one of our foundation does for our breeding program and is now mother, grandmother and great grandmother to some of our best does on on the farm. Her traits of producing well balanced muscled markets goats has also been one of her traits that she passes down from her sire Blackout.

Groovy has now retired from breeding and is living her best life getting head scratches and relaxation.

We couldn’t have done this without the support of Groovy’s breeder, Jody Weist. Thank you, Jody for working with us over the years. Also thank you to all our buyers who have purchased Groovy’s offspring and helped her receive this title.

Kidding season has started at WTA! Here’s a little hack we saw on another page that we tried and it worked!

When dipping navels it’s always messy and trying to find something that works well can be a hassle.

We found using teat dipping cups works great! It helps with the mess and is easy to use.
